We’re calling bullsh-t on this Fantastic Deal Alert. As covered before, Echo Park real estate agent Ken Shapiro likes to send out emails that say readers of a Fantastic Deal Alert. In this case, Shapiro’s Fantastic Deal is one-bedroom, one-bath home at 2913 Reservoir Street that’s listed at $399,000. The home, which is 688 square feet, last sold in 2002 for $232,000. It’s a small sale (listing here). We’ll give you $37.50 for it, Ken.

“OK, ok, here is the cutest one bedroom house in Silverlake and, yes, it is a killer excellent deal. It really shows with the city as a two bedroom and technically it is.
